Old Park Lane Management Limited (OPLML), as asset manager acting on behalf of Baola Properties Limited (BPL), are looking to bring forward proposals for the site which will see:

A redevelopment which is an exemplar of sustainability

The replacement of the unsympathetic 1960’s extension with a new roof extension to provide additional office accommodation, a glazed rooflight and terraces

The demolition of the existing steel frame which is corroding

The introduction of a new frame and the rebuilding of the existing façade with some minor alterations to make the building more accessible

The sensitive regeneration of the existing façade

Old Park Lane Management Limited (OPLML) is an Asset Manager based in London acting on behalf of Baola Properties Limited, (BPL). OPLML represents one family that holds a commercial property portfolio in Central London and is in the process of upgrading its assets to provide well designed, sustainable buildings with good working environments, wellness and enhanced tenant facilities whilst maintaining value for future generations. OPLML’s recent and current developments in the UK include LSQ in London, Westminster, completed in 2016 and 20 Ropemaker Street in the City of London due for completion in mid-2023
